How can social media be good or bad? It’s a tool.
Tools are neutral, in my opinion.
I believe the better questions are:
- What am I trying to accomplish?
- Does the functionality of this tool enhance my strategy?
- Can I use this tool to work faster? Smarter? Deeper? Wider?
A butter knife is also a tool.
Sometimes, a butter knife substitutes for a screwdriver; rarely as a hammer.
So, is a butter knife good or bad?
