Economic Recovery or Rebound?

Lots of folks have been talking in the last few weeks about seeing an upturn in the market. This chart suggests otherwise.

    Flurries of FTHB’s and foreclosure sales do not, to me, indicate an upturn by any stretch of the imagination. I think we have a good way to go yet, especially considering UNEMPLOYMENT!

      Not that I’m complaining about the upswing in activity… I’m just not ready to celebrate.
